Feasibility & Planning

Our team reviews your property, zoning, and site conditions, then provides estimated costs, risks, and opportunities so you can make informed decisions. This is the first part of the “go, no-go” stage. If aligned, we will sign a Design Agreement.

Concept & Design

We develop tailored layouts and design concepts, refining them until the direction is exactly right. Deliverables are designs and a corresponding itemized estimate.

Permitting & Contract

We manage all approvals and finalize a transparent contract with clear pricing and schedules.

Selections & Final Design
